Refunds

  • A refund will only be given under certain conditions such as; incorrect order or missing items on our end.
  •  Due to sanitation purposes, we cannot accept any returns, as well as NO REPLACEMENTS/NO EXCHANGES
  • Once an order is shipped, WE CANNOT cancel the order. PLEASE make sure both payment and address information is correct upon checkout!

Damaged Items ( We understand things happen😊 )

  • If your items appears damaged at the time of delivery, you must contact us at Glam2bgorgeous@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged item(s) the same day to be issued a full refund.

Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Glam2bGorgeous is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address on file, and you have not received it, you MUST contact your local USPS directly. ALL STOLEN PACKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AS A CLAIM.
